Greetings! I hope everyone is having a great weekend! Friday was another busy and exciting day as we wrapped up Catholic School's Week!
At Mass on Friday, Fr. Brian talked about us being sent to tell others about Jesus. He also blessed our throats at the end of Mass.
In Language Arts, we reviewed our sight words and vocabulary words. We then read Animal Teams, a nonfiction story about how animals work together. After reading the story, we wrote about its main idea and key details.
In Math class, we used our critical thinking skills to solve problems. These problems made us build patterns and compare numbers to 40.
To end our Catholic School's Week celebration, we played BINGO. Our 7th grade friends helped us play. Everyone came home with a prize!
We ended our week with Art class. Today, we created a heart with a splash of color around it. The students had fun painting.
Here are pictures from our Groundhog project and Art project. Enjoy!
