Greetings! Happy Easter! Thursday was quite an exciting day in first grade. Last night, the Easter Bunny came and left baskets for the children. They were quite excited with everything inside them!
In Religion class, we wrapped up our study of Holy Week by reviewing all that we learned. We created a cross of pictures showing the events of Holy Week.
The remainder of the day centered around jelly beans. We talked about the colors of the jelly beans, specifically how those colors relate to Jesus. We also used jelly beans to measure items and to make a graph on Seesaw.
Before we knew it, it was time to go to lunch and get ready to go home. I hope everyone has a happy, blessed Easter. See you on Tuesday!
