Peep-Tastic Day!

Greetings! Happy Wednesday! I hope everyone was able to get outside and enjoy that sunshine and warmth today. It just felt so good!

In Religion class today we talked about the events of Good Friday. We talked about how Jesus was arrested, made to wear a crown of thorns, was made fun of, and how he died on the cross. We created a cross scene to help us remember.

Our Language Arts class was centered around Peeps today. We wrote about how we are kind to our peeps (friends). We then experimented with Peeps to see what happens when they are placed in water, soda, vinegar, and baking soda and vinegar. Finally, using jelly beans and marshmallows, we made a house for a peep.

In Math class today, we reviewed how to add with regrouping. The students solve the problems so quickly.

This afternoon, as a special reward, we watched A Bug's Life. They really enjoyed the movie.

Have a great night!
